TRI TOWN BASKETBALL

Join Mattapoisett Recreation for a Basketball league open to all Tri-Town 3rd - 6th graders for boys and 3-8 for girls. One practice and 1 game per week. Players have Fridays and weekends off and are able to do other Travel league basketball. 

New this year:  We are attempting to the separate girls league to 2 divisions. We now are open to girls in grades 3-8.

PLACEMENT SESSIONS:

3rd grade boys Tuesday 10/22 at 6:00pm at Center School

4th grade boys Tuesday 10/22 at 7:00pm at Center School

5th grade boys Thursday 10/24 at 6:00pm at Center School

6th grade boys Thursday 10/24 at 7:00pm at Center School

3rd and 4th grade girls Wednesday 10/23 at 6:00pm at Center School

5th thru 8th grade girls Wednesday 10/23 at 7:00pm at Center School

 

SEASON SCHEDULE:

Practices will start late November and games will begin in December. Playoffs will be in March.

3rd and 4th Grade Boys games will be on Tuesdays at Sippican School. 

5th and 6th Grade Boys games will be on Thursdays at Sippican School.

3rd thru 8th Grade Girls games will be on Wednesdays at Center School.

*All attempts will be made to adhere to days of the week listed , but changes may have to be made due to gym and coach availability. Practice times may be used for make-up of cancellations due to weather or school conflicts.

COST:  $115 per participant

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:  October 18th

CO-ED GRADE 2 BASKETBALL 2024-25 

Each session of this basketball program will include a 1/2 hour practice and a 1/2 hour game. The perfect introduction to game play for boys and girls in Grade 2.

PLACEMENT NIGHT:

Tuesday, December 9TH from 5:30-6:30pm in the Center School Gym

SEASON SCHEDULE:

Practice/Games will be on Thursdays January 9th through February 13th 

from 5:30-6:30pm or 6:30-7:30pm at the Center School Gym.

COST:  $75 per participant

CO-ED BASKETBALL KINDERGARTEN AND FIRST GRADE 2024-25

This basketball program will be an instructional league. Each session will consist of 45 minutes of basketball related games designed to have your child active and learning the fundamentals of the game while having fun.

SEASON SCHEDULE

MONDAYS:  January 6th - February 24th, 3:00-3:45PM

TUESDAYS:  January 14th - February 25th, 3:00-3:45PM

LOCATION:  Center School Gymnasium

COST:  $75 per participant

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:  December 20th
